Insurance
Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include a co-payment, and deductible which must be paid by the patient at the time of service. Your dental insurance is a contract between your employer and a dental insurance company. Your benefits are decided by them. Insurance coverage is not, and never has been, a guideline for quality care. Many needed services may not be covered.
We are in network with Delta Dental Premier and Blue Dental Insurances. We will be more than happy to electronically file your out-of-network claim and accept assignment of benefits.
Just be ready to pay your co-pay or deductible at your visit, and we will take care of the rest!
We expect your co-payment in full at the time of service, and we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. Please bring your insurance card with you on your first visit and familiarize yourself with your dental plan benefits (you can call your employer's Benefit Coordinator for this information). We will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
